Additional Phone Support (1 Week)

Service Description

Following our initial or follow-up breastfeeding consultation you may feel the need for ongoing support, but not needing to make another in-person consultation. This is for existing clients who would like to check in for reassurance or to discuss their feeding plan as they implement it. This service is $50 and includes unlimited e-mail, text, and phone calls for 1 week. Mobile calls need to be prearranged due to my other family and work commitments. E-mails and texts will be answered as soon as possible, ideally within 12-24 hours. This service needs to be taken in consecutive weeks following initial consult or follow up consult. This is for those whose babies are more than 7 weeks old. Babies less than 7 weeks are eligible for free telehealth and phone support following initial or follow up consultations (bulk billed via Medicare). For any new issues, an in-person consultation will be required as I cannot assess and create a new plan without a thorough in-person assessment.
